CUSTOM COLORED PATCHES (3 INCHES MAX)

IRON ON FULL COLORED LEATHERETTE PATCHES WITH YOUR LOGO UP TO 3 INCHES MAX

Full colored patches are approximately 1.8mm thick and come standard with heat-activated adhesive. Thicker than standard leatherette patches, they help prevent the hat’s center seam from showing through when pressed. These patches are made specifically for hats.

PRESSING TIPS:
For best results, use a dual platen heat press and a foam pad
• Top Platen: 280°F
• Bottom Platen: 320°F
• Pressure: Medium (4–6)
• Preheat Hat: Press for 10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles
• Press Time: 45 seconds

Use a temperature gun to confirm your press settings, and always test on scrap hats to fine tune your pressure, or you might waste patches.

ARTWORK GUIDLINES:
For best results, please send your logo in SVG or PDF format. High-resolution JPEG or PNG files will also work.
Please note that the logo will be produced exactly as it is received. What you send is what will appear on the patch.
If your logo needs adjustments or cleanup, a logo processing fee will apply.

DIGITAL PROOF:
We will send a digital mockup so you can preview your logo on a patch before production. This lets you request any changes to make sure it looks exactly how you want. Mockups are usually sent within 1 to 2 business days.

LEAD TIME:
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days after you approve the mockup. Thank you for your patience.

PRODUCT VARIATION:
The color of your logo may vary slightly from the images due to screen settings and material batches. If you're unsure about the color or size, we recommend ordering one patch first to see it in person before placing a bulk order.
