IRON ON LASER ENGRAVED PATCHES FOR HATS WITH YOUR LOGO

Leatherette patches are approximately 1.8 mm thick and feature a durable single-layer construction. Each patch comes standard with heat-activated adhesive.

Designed specifically for hats, this thicker leatherette helps prevent the hat's center seam from showing through after pressing, giving your hat a cleaner and more professional look.

Laser engraved only. No color printing or stitching.

PRESSING TIPS:
For best results, use a dual platen heat press and a foam pad
• Top Platen: 280°F
• Bottom Platen: 320°F
• Pressure: Medium (4–6)
• Preheat Hat: Press for 10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles
• Press Time: 45 seconds

Use a temperature gun to confirm your press settings, and always test on scrap hats to fine tune your pressure, or you might waste patches.

ARTWORK GUIDELINES
For best results, please provide your logo in a vector format such as SVG or PDF. High quality PNG and JPEG files may also work.

Low-resolution artwork will require a logo processing fee for cleanup and conversion.

DIGITAL PROOF:
We will send a digital mockup so you can preview your logo on a patch before production. This lets you request any changes to make sure it looks exactly how you want. Mockups are usually sent within 1 to 2 business days.

LEAD TIME:
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days after you approve the mockup. Thank you for your patience.

PRODUCT VARIATION:
Leatherette colors may vary slightly from the images due to screen settings and material batches. If you're unsure about the color or size, we recommend ordering one patch first to see it in person before placing a bulk order.
