THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE FAKE LEATHER

Our Leatherette Bull-Sheets measure 12" x 24" and is approximately 1.85 mm thick. Made with a true single-layer construction, it won't split or peel.

Each sheet comes standard with heat-activated adhesive and is specifically designed for hats. This thicker leather helps prevent the hat's center seam from showing through after pressing, giving your patch hats a cleaner, more professional look.

LASERING TIPS:
For best results, engrave with minimal air assist to reduce char. Once you're ready to cut, turn your air back on.

Remove any leftover residue using LA’s Totally Awesome or a similar cleaner. Wipe clean with a microfiber towel.

PRESSING TIPS:
For best results, use a dual platen heat press and a foam pad
• Top Platen: 280°F
• Bottom Platen: 320°F
• Pressure: Medium (4–6)
• Preheat Hat: Press for 10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles
• Press Time: 45 seconds

Use a temperature gun to confirm your press settings, and always test on scrap hats to fine tune your pressure, or you might waste patches.

Leatherette colors may vary slightly from the images due to screen settings and material batches. If you're unsure about the color, we recommend ordering the sample pack first to see it in person before placing a larger order.
