LEATHER BULL SHEET SAMPLE PACK

THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE FAKE LEATHER

The sample pack will include all leatherette colors available. Each panel is approximately 5x8" and 1.8mm thick. Limit one order per customer.

We use true single-layer construction, no cheap gray foam, no flimsy dual-layer backing that splits or peels. Just tough, laser friendly material with a heat-activated adhesive that grips hats like it means it.

LASERING TIPS:
For best results, engrave with minimal air assist to reduce char. Once you're ready to cut, turn your air back on.

To clean any leftover residue, use LA’s Totally Awesome cleaner or something similar with a microfiber towel or an old toothbrush.

PRESSING TIPS:
For best results, use a dual platen heat press and a foam pad
• Top Platen: 280°F
• Bottom Platen: 320°F
• Pressure: Medium (4–6)
• Preheat Hat: Press for 10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles
• Press Time: 45 seconds

Use a temperature gun to confirm your press settings, and always test on scrap hats to fine tune your pressure, or you might waste patches.
